1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • During high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • Tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

6. Incorrect Address

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order:

  • Shows no tracking updates for an extended period

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue before issuing refunds or replacements.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
